Edward W. Hoglund, D.C. is a VA Community Care Network provider for chiropractic services. We consider it an honor and privilege for our office to offer chiropractic services to our veterans.
In order to have chiropractic services with our office it is recommended that you contact your VA healthcare provider for a referral to our office. This process can take up to 14 days. Once approved and authorized you will be contacted about making your initial appointment at our office. At the time of your appointment at our office please bring any information such as any copies of images such as MRI, X-rays or CT scans. We will be provided with medical records from the VA as well.
